These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the SMS marketing program operated for The Horror Section Studios Merchandise Store (the "Store"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
When you opt in, you will receive recurring automated marketing text messages about new releases, drops, pre-orders, promotions, restocks, and events. Message frequency varies.
2. How to Opt In
You can opt in by providing your phone number and granting consent at checkout, in a sign-up form, on a pop-up, or by texting a designated keyword to our short code or long code, in each case alongside the disclosures required by these SMS Terms. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive marketing texts unless you opt in again.

5. Costs
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier may. Check your plan for details.
6. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you provide to opt in.
8. Privacy
Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may modify these SMS Terms at any time by posting the updated version. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
